Appointment Cancellation Policy

To avoid being charged a cancellation fee of $40, we kindly request that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 4 hours before the scheduled start time. However, if you cancel within 4 hours of the appointment, a non-refundable cancellation fee of $40 will be charged to the card on file. Please be aware that this fee is automatically processed by the system. So, please plan accordingly and contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your appointment.
